The Junior Queen Contest will be held Monday, August 2, 2010 immediately following on the main stage at the Tyler County fairgrounds.

The contest is open to girls 12 to 15 years old by January 1, 2011.  They must be residents of Tyler County. Contestants will have a practice on Sunday, August 1, at 1:30 pm at the main stage. Contestants will need to purchase a Tyler County Fair season pass. Contestants will need to be at the main stage by 7:00 pm on Monday, August 2. Judging will be based on charm, ability to on a conversation, ability to answer questions, neatness of appearance & appropriateness of clothing. The Junior Miss will be expected to be a goodwill ambassador representing the Tyler County Fair in various public events during the year such as parades, etc. Contestants can hold only one title per year (Junior Miss can not also be M. I. Harvest Festival Princess ). The 2010 winner will reign until she crowns the 2011.  Junior Applications must be returned by July 20, 2010

Ariel Rachelle Fish, Marisa Gogan, Shannon Lamp, Kali Rhea Shanabarger, Stephanie Marie Wright and Breanna Yeater.
