1.	All exhibits must be clearly identified with name, department, section and/or class on entry tag provided by the department Chairperson.
2.	All concession stand workers, all exhibitors, fair officials and workers, Including officers and board of directors will be required to present tickets to be admitted at the gate.
3.	All ticket/season pass purchasers take full responsibility for the safety of their ticket/season pass. No refund or replacement of season passes.
4.	The following exhibits will be entered on Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm and Monday from 8am to Noon: Adult, Art, Youth Exhibits, Quilt Blocks, Collector’s Corner, Cattle and Potted Plants. Cut flowers are entered on Thursday 8 am to Noon. Horticulture exhibits will only be accepted on Monday from 8 am to 12 pm.
5.	Prize money will be paid during the fair. Any prize money not claimed within 30    days will be forfeited to the fair.
6.	The fair is not responsible for any loss and/or damage to any exhibits.
7.	In any class where there is no competition, a blue ribbon will be awarded if worthy and premiums paid accordingly.
8.	No one person shall receive more than two premiums in any one class and/or category.
9.	The chairperson of each department will decide upon any situation not covered by the rules. Decisions of the chairperson will be final.
10.	Exhibits must be removed on Sunday, August 8, between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. Special permission to remove exhibits prior to Sunday may be given for unusual problems by the department chairperson.
11.	In order to collect a premium for an exhibit, each person, regardless of age, must have a valid season pass or day pass.

13.	RULE NOTICE: NO ATV’S will be allowed on Fairgrounds during the Fair except by Authorized Personnel. Your support will be appreciated.
14.	No premium will be paid on Best of Show Ribbons.
15.	No fireworks or smoke bombs allowed on Fair Grounds during fair.
16.	In the following divisions: Adult Exhibits, Art, Collector’s Corner, Flower Show, Horticulture, 4-H, Photography, and Youth Exhibits, small stickers representing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be attached to the entry ticket instead of ribbons.  Ribbons will be available upon request when collecting prize money.
