No exhibit will be turned away because there is not a class.
Additional classes will be made if there are three or more
entries of the same type. Others will be combined into
miscellaneous classes and judged accordingly.
All exhibits must be clean. Soiled exhibits will not
be judged. One item only constitutes and exhibit
unless otherwise specified. Items previously exhibited
will not be judged unless they were exhibited in a different
category.
The Tyler County Fair Association, Inc. nor the chairperson
assumes any responsibility for damage or loss of property.
We will take as many precautions as necessary to lessen the
changes of damage or loss.
In judging, the age of the exhibit will always be considered
along with the condition and the rarity of the exhibit.
The judges choice award will be given a ribbon only.
An individual can receive premium money for no more than
twenty-five (25) items.
Premium money in all classes will be:
1st Place - $3, 2nd Place - $2, 3rd
Place - $1
Exhibits will be accepted on the following times:
Sunday, before the fair - 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Monday, of the fair - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
