Rules and Regulations

Entry forms must be received before 6:30PM on
Friday, August 6,2010 |
| 2. |
There will be three divisions:
|
Youth Division I (ages 0 -12) |
| |
|
Youth Division II (ages 13-17) |
| |
|
Adult Division (ages 18-up) |
| 3. |
Anyone considered being a
professional is not eligible to participate in
the contest.
A professional is anyone receiving wages for
performing their talent.
(Presently or in the past) |
| 4. |
Two
or three judges will be used to determine the
winners of the different divisions, and their
decisions will be final. |
| 5. |
Contestants are to provide their own
accompaniment. |
