Seasonal Campsites (April 1 thru December 1)

Daily Campsite Rental (4:00 pm – 1:00 pm) $15.00
Daily Covered Shelter Rental   $20.00
Daily Log Building Rental  $50.00
Fair Week Campsite Rental (Sunday – Sunday) $50.00
Seasonal Campsite without Air Conditioning Units: $500.00
Seasonal Campsite with Air Conditioning Units: $600.00

 

Please may all checks payable to the “Tyler County Fair Association.”

Sorry we do not accept reservations.

All sites are based on a first come first served basis.

Tents must be placed in designated areas only.

Only one tent/camper permitted per site unless you pay for additional campsite.

All shelter or building rentals must be scheduled in advance with the care taker.

 

Please read and follow the rules below as well as making sure all you're guests and visitors abide by them as Campers and their guests and/or visitors who are uncooperative or violate rules may be asked to leave with no warning and no refund. 

 

Camping Rules 

1.         No firearms allowed in campgrounds (except in hunting season).

2.         No alcoholic beverages allowed on the grounds.

3.         No washing of RVs, ATVs, or other vehicles permitted.

4.         One responsible person, 18 years or older, at each site will be responsible for any damage or misconduct.

5.         All fires must be contained inside the metal fireplace rings located on each site. Fire rings are not to be moved without prior approval from the management.

6.         Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am

7.         Please place all trash in a dumpster, not around or on top of it.

8.         Pets must be kept on a leash not to exceed 10 feet in length. Keep all pets away from public eating areas and off picnic tables.  Please clean up after you pet.

9.         No permanent structures, buildings, or gardens.

10.        Rental of campsites does not give use to other facilities.

11.        No motorcycles or ATVs are to be ridden in campgrounds – they may be ridden on roads or designated areas.

12.        Speed limit in campgrounds is 10 mph.  Please obey!!!

13.        Family gatherings are great and always a lot of fun. We don’t want to discourage such events, but they must be maintained at a level that is not disturbing to the neighboring sites. We ask everyone to be considerate of those around you.  Please ask you guest to park in an open area not obstructing other campsites.

The Tyler County Fair Association, Inc. assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury, or loss for any cause.  Directors of the Tyler County Fair and the Caretaker reserve the right to interpret all rules.  Campers and their guests and/or visitors who are uncooperative or violate rules may be asked to leave with no warning and no refund.
